Formation Mechanism: Non Conversion Type

Mix the sand in water multicolor coating evenly and then put it into a special spray gun with 4.0 or 5.0 caliber. During spraying, the working pressure and discharge volume of the spray gun should be adjusted according to different requirements of concave convex degree and particle size (the pressure should be controlled within 0.1-0.2mpa). The distance between the spray gun and the wall should be about 30-40cm. During spraying, the spray gun should be vertical to the wall, the gun should be stable, the speed should be uniform, and the gun should be stopped as little as possible. The partition line of the wall shall be taken as the standard, and the block spraying of joint and grid is preferred.
